She has a wide-range of experience and knowledge in menu and recipe development, finding efficiencies in food and labor costs, and tailoring delicious desserts and pastries to her customer base. Jessica is best known for casting a new light on familiar favorites, hitting a sweet spot with desserts that are both recognizable and revelatory.
